Talent access enhanced by superior industry knowledge
High-touch Fintech Consulting
To our firm, building organization-wide relationships is how we feel financial technology recruiting should be done. Making substantial connections is at the core of our business philosophy. Substantial company, market and industry knowledge makes hiring the right people for the right jobs a more efficient and fulfilling process.
Payments and transactions technology talent provider
We work with those third-party companies selling and servicing financial equipment and technologies. Our financial technology recruiting over-delivers on every promise we make to our client partners because we know all the verticals in this space.
ATM and interactive teller machine, cash recycler, coin and currency
New and developing transaction technology has become increasingly lower touch, making human-to-human interaction and interaction with automated machines a prevalent and growing industrial base. We make it our business to know where this tech is headed and find the talent to prepare our clients for any and all developments.
Gaming
The casino and gaming industry is growing and the need for safe, secure and reliable automated exchange and transaction technology with it. We identify those viable candidates already within the market and those with transferable skill sets to help our clients in this space meet the growing need for the sales and service of this technology through well-researched and data-driven financial technology recruiting.
A reputation in the financial equipment space
We work with third-party providers in the midwest and nationally that sell and service National Cash Register, Diebolt Nixdorf, Wincor Nixdorf, Hyosung, Burroughs and other major equipment manufacturers.
Applying our approach to other industries
While we have stepped up and taken on a significant role in financial technology recruiting across the midwest and nationally, our experience doesn’t stop there. We have also applied our drive, process and network to administrative, HR, insurance, financial services and broader executive search.
